We purchased a new home that Lou was building in Smithfield while it was being framed. Even though the home was not a custom build, Lou treated it like it was. We added quite a few upgrades along the way and he entertained every one of them with enthusiasm. The craftsmanship and overall quality of work was second to none. His son built our field stone fireplace that came out beautiful. He always went out of his way to get things right for us... even when the Realtors could not get us together before the closing. I would hire Lou in a heartbeat for any other home we build, an addition or any other project that we may have in the future.

Mr. Scotti built an amazing new construction at an amazing price. I couldn’t be more happy with the process, and the fact that he was so punctual to respond back to the home after the closing to remedy some changes is rare. It went perfectly fine. When Lou said he was going to be there he was. If it wasn't for Lou we wouldn't have what we have today. When the accident happened in February the building official couldn't believe how fast Lou responsed to the accident. Lou made sure the building was safe. He had to get someone there asap to take the dangling deck off the car. Had a Plummer there to inspect the gas lines for safety. My husband and I can't thank Lou and Gina his wife enough. We would never call anyone else he stuck with us.

It went extremely well. They are a talented couple and dynamic duo. Gina is extremely helpful in designing and decorating and so knowledgeable about products and materials. Louis's work is incredible and I can't say enough about them. James Scotti Inc., belongs on HGTV network. Excellent contractor and designer.

It was amazing. We were prepared for a tough couple months by the nightmare stories we heard from people who built homes in the past. Lou Scotti was extremely professional, skilled and very attentive. He returned calls promptly and was totally in charge of the sub-contractors. It was the smoothest process with no headaches. Lou Scotti went above and beyond for us by providing extraordinary service one Sunday when he had a contractor at our house to do some work. His estimates are reasonable and there are NEVER any Surprises. Call him if you want to hire a trusted contractor. Hire him if you want to build your dream home or remodel any party of your home. He is the BEST!
