CARJON has been maintaining our ACs for many years. I attribute the long life of my HEIL units to their careful care. I recommend them highly. I did not rate the price since I have no information on comparisons for competitive prices for this service.

Horrible local company that I would not recommend to anyone. Let's start off with the sales person that pushes you to get the most expensive systems that do not make much logical sense. Here's one of his ideas: use one split-air unit in the master bedroom and open the doors to all bedrooms to share the cool air. What about privacy, genius? To the technician that came to my house and asked my father why didn't he kick me out of the house since I'm old enough to live on my own... well hello there, it happens to be my house and I happen to be a responsible daughter that looks after my elderly parents. To the service manager who came to my house and deemed it "unsafe" to service after I called out how crappy a job his technicians did after installing my central air system. But it was perfectly safe before they installed the unit and when they took my money. How bad was the installation? Just think of it as one room feeling like a wind storm while another room felt like a walk in Death Valley. And a leaked ceiling to boot. If I had to do it all over again, I would NEVER use this business. They are horrible and do not care about their quality. All they care about is money.

Paid a lot of money three years ago to have installed by this company they came out and said they needed to replace three parts for $1600 parts and labor I got a second opinion I had a professional license plumber change out just the expansion tank The other valves were fine got it fixed for under 200.

Everything went really well, John made the entire process very easy for me. John gave me a handful of options and pricing. He also helped direct me on getting an energy audit, heat loan and then the rebate process. Usually a contractor will come by once then throw a quote at you and you make your decision you then sign deal, work is completed then... poof gone! John spent countless hours working on different quotes and explaining every detail with me. Installers were very professional and worked very well together. After the install, I had some questions and concerns and John was still right there working with me. I'm very pleased with Carjon and I suggest reaching out to them for any installation or repairs.

They are the best at this and use the best systems. I had them install a new 96% Trane furnace (two stage) and Trane Air Conditioning system for my in-laws who are elderly. They arrived on time and were all professional during the install and cleaned up after the job. They’re one of only a few companies in RI that will actually do a load calculation and recommend the correct size system for your house.

The whole process went very well. Mike (salesperson) was very knowledgeable and offered a couple of options. The crew who installed the system was super professional, courteous, and cleaned up after the system was installed. I would definitely recommend this company.

The technician showed up. Spent 10 minutes rewiring the thermostat. It was due to a new thermostat wired incorrectly. To my surprise they charged my credit card $258. Very expensive!! Definitely not calling again.

Carjon came out to my home and gave me an estimate for installing the split-type Mitsubishi air conditioning system. They were on time for the appointment, explained how they would install the system, and gave a price for the work. The installation crew were professional, considerate of my home, and explained how to use the AC units after they were installed.

We pay monthly through the year for the contract. I didn't get their name from Angie's List. Quite a few years ago in the dead of winter we lost heat. We called around and nobody would help us but they did. They came out and that's how we happened to get started with them. My mother has a boiler. It was an oil boiler. We changed it to gas. I wasn't completely satisfied with them because they've been servicing her as well, but we discontinued. They don't work on gas boilers but they were doing it for us and they never told us that. I was a little disappointed with that portion that they did for her and us. Same year we both changed out, in our case; ours was old and we had to get a new one. It was going to be too much money to change the whole system. Hers was an oil boiler and we changed it out to a gas boiler. They provided us the boiler and they were servicing it. I just don't know why they didn't let us know that. I just think that they didn't quite inform us completely on that. It wasn't installed the way they said. It was going to be 4 inches off the floor and it wasn't. On punctuality, they always give us a window of time when they're coming. They're pretty good about that.
