STONE SYSTEMS OF NEW ENGLAND

They came to template the kitchen and there were 2 guys one was training the other and they took several pictures for the template. They then came out on a Friday to install and the granite was cut backwards and was broken. I was very upset since it was a Friday and I knew I wouldn't be able to use my kitchen over the weekend. I called in a spoke to Cat Lori in Sales she told me there would be a discount after they did the install, which I though was weird. He words "we make sure we take care of it after install don't worry." So they were scheduled to come out again on Monday they came and installed it, I called Cat again after they installed to find out about the Discount, she told me I would get $150, I asked if I could just apply the $150 to my next order since I wanted to do another unit she told me she would call me back and let me know if that was possible. I waited to days and she never called so I hired a different company to get granite. I called her back to get my discount and she never answered I have left message and no answer till this day and its now 3/21/16. I don't appreciate that she is clearly avoiding me and not returning my calls. I know her whole plan from the beginning was not to give me my discount even after I had offered to buy more granite. Its just very poor customer service.
