This was an excellent experience. I had recently started receiving numerous letters from mortgage companies hoping to snag my account and apply the new low-interest rates...this being my first home, I was pretty green at all things mortgage related, and had my doubts..Then I spoke to Harry Oxx, at Shamrock Financial, whom I met through mutual friends. Immediately my skepticism was quelled. He explained how the market worked, why rates were low, and why it would benefit me to refi now, and how it would translate to my mortgage statement in real dollars. No question of mine was stupid, and he was there for me any time of day via text to answer. His financial assessment was accurate, and that means a lot to me. Suzanne and I have been speaking every 6 months for the past 4 or 5 years. We knew we wanted to sell and buy but we were never quite ready. She was never pushy but she always followed through and  called back.  Any time that she called she never hesitated to answer any questions I had. After going to Shamrock For a Review of a Mortgage I was about to obtain from another Company.. They Stated they could Do Better So I Put them to the Challenge with a Strict Timeline cause the Sellers wanted a quick Sale and they truly Rose to the Occasion not only did they get me a Better Rate but they also did it in a Timely Fashion that the First Mortgage Company I was Using couldn't Match... Deb Jordan and her team at Shamrock Financial were fantastic to work with! From start to finish, they made the morgtage process as easy as possible. Everything was explained fully and Deb and Trisha were very responsive to any and all questions and concerns that I had throughout the process.
