130 year old house with stone foundation to the ground line and brick from the ground to the sill. The interior brick work was disintegrating badly in areas.  I was concerned about parts of the foundation failing. Jim came highly recommended. He came to the house and was upfront and fair. He said the stone  foundation was in great shape considering the age of the house, needed just a little re-pointing. He pointed out what portion of the brick  needed replacement, and what was fine considering the age. He did an excellent job shoring up the floor joists, while taking out the foundation. He left the basement cleaner than when he arrived. No bulk head so everything came in and out of windows. The price was very fair, materials plus labor with an upfront estimate. In one corner the sill was rotted and he was able to assist in getting the sill replaced.  Overall a real good job.
