East Coast Auto Transport

We have used East Coast Auto Transport for five years of round trips to/from Florida. They have been exceptionally satisfying to deal with each time. Picked up on schedule, Delivered on schedule. Courteous and easy to communicate with. Wil” continue to use them in the future, recommend them highly.

Terrible, when I got to Florida my car was not there as promised. It came about 4 days late. They told me to rent a car.On the return trip I noticed my car was damaged and I have pictures to prove there was no damage when I left it at the terminal for pick up. They are refusing to pay for the damage. Don’t use this company. Price was high and the quality was terrible.

I have used East Coast Transport twice, tranporting my auto from Providence, Rhode Island to West Palm Beach, FL and back (we are snow-birds). The entire process went smoothly every step of the way, the car is treated with kid gloves, and staff is professional, comptetent and lovely to work with. I would never use another transport service, why bother? Price is very competitive but I am wary of any "cheaper" offers - you get what you pay for in this kind of industry. Love East Coast :-) !!

No major problems, but there was some confusion about where the very long trailer rig could meet us for pickup. The carrier truck looked brand new and appeared to be a 75' trailer making the whole rig about 100' long. Such a vehicle can't negotiate areas that shorter semis use, such as for delivery to supermarkets. It needs a safe roadside on a straight road, such as a truck stop or a rest area.

They did a good job. They were efficient and the shipping was on schedule and on time. Their price was reasonable. Everything was done properly. They were recommended to me and I would recommend them.

I called on a Friday and asked if they could pick up the car on Thursday. They said yes. I sent them a check. The driver arrived arrived Thursday morning on time despite a terrible rain storm. A week later it was in West Palm Beach. I had called early the next week to see if they could track my cars' progress. East Coast told me it would arrive Thursday night and that I would get a call on Friday. Friday morning I got a call asking if they could deliver it in 30 minutes. I said make it 45 and it was here. Great service. Car was perfect.
