Job not completed because door opening not large enough for new prehung door. Also threshold should be replaced with concrete and slanted for water damage

Ben is very professional. He installed an exterior door. He was on time and the work was done in a timely manner, looks great and works well.

I needed a job done remotely for my Mom. Ben is great to work with. Ben/A to Z Carpentry was punctual with responding to my texts and calls, and on time during the estimates and work. He is very respectful and professional, and per my Mom a "really fine young man". Answered all questions and made her feel comfortable. There were a couple of challenges during the work, and Ben quickly addressed them. He even did a few "extras" for my Mom (like putting up a hook in the new door) without hesitation. Quality of work looks excellent though I can't personally examine. Mom is thrilled - 'nough said! I am very pleased with A to Z Carpentry and highly recommend them!
