Mr. Thong responded promptly to our inquiry. He was always on time on all six of the days that work was done in our house. He was able to beautifully refinish the floors including places where years of wear had left dark stains. He was carful not to damage the baseboards and he used barriers to protect the rest of the house from dust. The price was very reasonable. We are very satisfied.

Thong Floor is a family-owned business that carries a strong work ethic. The proprietor, Meng Ung, responded promptly, arrived on time to discuss the project, and provided me with a quote the very same day. The fee was reasonable and covered all aspects of the job from beginning to end. Work began and finished on time. The team was punctual, professional and detail-oriented, and maintained a clean work-site throughout. Very pleased with the quality of their work! I highly recommend Thong Floor and would not hesitate to book them for future sanding and refinishing of hardwood floors.

I closed on a house in the morning, called Thong Floor Sanding just after that, and Meng came out to meet me at the house that afternoon to look at the floors and give me an estimate. Since I was moving in exactly one week later, the work had to be started immediately, and Meng and his crew were able to start the following morning. I met them at the house 3 times, they were professional, quick to get to work, and cleaned up after themselves. Over the course of the next 4 days (Friday-Monday), they completed the job. The floors look fantastic! There are no bubbles, like my friend got at her house where another company did her floors. I would use this contractor again in a heartbeat and recommend them to my friends.
