THE SALES GUY WAS NOT PUSHY AND VERY EDUCATED ABOUT HIS PRODUCTS. WHEN IT CAME TIME TO DECIDE WHAT PARTS TO PURCHASE, HE GAVE ME SOME GOOD ADVICE AND HELPED ME MAKE AN INFORMED DECISION.
Description of Work: I PURCHASED A USED LAPTOP FROM THIS SMALL COMPANY. THE GUY WHO SOLD IT TO ME WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND VERY POLITE WITH A LOT OF GOOD ADVICE. HE WAS NOT PUSHY AT ALL. I ENDED UP PURCHASING A FEW OTHER PARTS AS WELL FOR THE LAPTOP AND SOME STUFF FOR MY DESKTOP. AS IT TURNS OUT HE ALSO SELL SPRINT CELL PHONES. HE FIXED A PHONE CHARGER I HAD IN MY CAR THAT I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO USE FOR THE LAST 3 MONTHS. I HAVE BEEN BACK A FEW TIMES TO PURCHASE SOME OTHER LITTLE THINGS FOR BOTH MY DESKTOP AND MY SPRINT PHONES.
