Nelson is an amazing person to work with. He is super proficient in the market and in the process. He works with a sense of urgency that keeps you moving forward. Nelson helped us purchase a home with a lengthy negotiation process. The house we are purchasing is currently held in a trust, with 6 trustees, so it has taken months of back and forth communications to get the home under contract. Nelson was very patient with us when we needed time to decide how we wanted to move forward. He also made himself available when we sought his expert opinion for the negotiation. His strategy and relationship with the other realtor made the deal possible.
