Overall the work was ok. She talked a lot about being professional, but the work wasn't professionally done. I would rather have my work professionally done than listen to a contractor talk about how they are professional. A lot of minor details were missed and I had to walk through all apartments and consistently point out little details that were missed. I felt like she was still learning the trade and not quite as experienced as other contractors I have worked with. Other contractors will go above and beyond to make sure customers are satisfied, and I felt like min. was done when completing the job.
There are many examples I could give but here are a few. When installing kitchen cabinets, she would install them, but not put the shelves up inside them. Instead of patching all the holes in the apartments, we had to count which holes to patch and if we missed one hole she wouldn't do it as it wasn't told to her to do. I have worked with other contractors that you could tell them what to do and they will just do it and not have to be told every minor detail because they knew in advance how to satisfy their customer. There are still markings on multiple doors she installed where she was going to cut but then didn't cut, but left the lines, circles on the door that I had to go back and erase.
Overall the work is completed on time, but I wouldn't use again in the future.
