I could not stress this any more: do not hire this man! A very nice guy but a complete inability to organize and manage a job. This was supposed to be done in three months. It started in February of 2006 and was supposed to be done in June of 2006. I fired him on April 30th of 2007 (14 months later). After receiving a stop work order from the Providence Building Department in March of 2006 I should have known that he was incompetent. Without going through the horrific details all I can say is save yourself the headache!
