I recently spoke to Jason the Service Manager on Monday January 13, 2025. He apologized for the inconvenience that I had experienced with the situation about the delay in the parts for my split unit after my phone call. He said he would work with us and help compensate for the loss of time. I was glad he was able to get the help we needed.

3 strikes and they are out. Just paid 2k for a part after 3 visits from their service guys and furnace is still broken. Do NOT use them. Absolutely HORRIBLE

This is my oil delivery company. They represent several companies, and I use Seaway Oil, which is oil delivery only, no service contract. If you use one of their companies with a service contract, the oil price is higher, but you can get "a la carte" service, and they respond pretty promptly.

Two workers arrived on time and worked very neatly, efficiently and continuously to remove the old and large tank, replacing it with a new and somewhat smaller tank. The service was professional and courteous throughout.

They come out in the summer. They are on time. They carry out an annual cleaning of the boiler. The price of the oil is not cheap. They are a little more expensive, but they are very good.

Santoro Oil is a great company...we have had a couple issues with our heat... last year it stopped working, and this year, our baseboards weren't heating up and the house wouldn't get above 60 degrees. In both instances they were super friendly when I call, and extremely responsive. They were there the same day... sometimes within hours of the call! The service people are always very friendly and clean.

They couldn't find the problem the first time and it took them a total of three visits to repair it. I believe they do a generally good job of servicing my oil tank, but I wish they could have found this problem the first time.

THEY HAVE TAKEN CARE OF OUR HEATING SYSTEM FOR YEARS BECAUSE THEY ARE HONEST PEOPLE. THEY LET US KNOW IF WE NEED TO HAVE SOMETHING DONE AND IF IT'S AN IMMEDIATE PROBLEM OR NOT. I REALLY APPRECIATE HOW HONEST THEY ARE.

I HAVE A LONG-STANDING CONTRACT WITH THESE GUYS. I BUY MY HEATING OIL THROUGH THEM, SO I ALSO USE THEM FOR ALL OF MY HEATING NEEDS. THEY ARE A GREAT COMPANY. I JUST WISH OIL WAS CHEAPER.
