RUSTIGIAN RUGS

I’ve now taken 2 antique Persian rugs to Rustigians. The Rustigians team impeccably cleaned and repaired the first at a very reasonable price. I had just purchased the second at auction, and Edie from Rustigians immediately noticed numerous issues with the condition of the rug. She methodically walked through, explained, and documented them, and helped me communicate with the seller. She did this for no fee, and her team even carefully packed the rug when I decided to return it. Such great service - I’ll be proud to continue to use Rustigians for all my carpet needs.

They cleaned the carpets and it took about two weeks. They did a good job and I would use them again. They were very friendly and nice. They have been in business for a long time.

I find myself unsure how to not start the review off on a sour note, because the bottom line is that they "know their stuff", are great at what they do and although I'm no rug cost expert (as far as cleaning/repair) goes - - they seem inline with fair pricing and quality service provided. Well, that went better than I hoped! After thinking it over, they are a place I would use again and again, only because of the fact they seem to do what they do excellently. Do not go in there looking for a friendly face, or a genuine smile, or the warm fuzzies. Nada. Of course I don't ooze of money and being located on the East Side of Providence, maybe that plays into the lack of fuzzies, they knew they weren't getting a $10,000 sale out of me. all they got was a oriental rug cleaning and an estimate for repairs that I had to sadly decline. But I was thrilled with the rug and I was solidly pleased with the "bottom line" service; even though I was't a $10,000 sale, they still gave me the estimate and did the job timely. I like that part.

They are good. They're not cheap but they're good. They make an appointment to come out, and they come and big up the rugs, take them to their facility, and deliver them when finished. They also repair and stitch up the rugs that need it. The rugs look beautiful.

I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THEM. OUR RUGS COST A LOT OF MONEY, AND THE COMPANY SHOWED GREAT CARE IN HOW THEY WERE HANDLED. THEY MOVED ALL OF OUR FURNITURE CAREFULLY, AND MOVED IT BACK WHEN THEY BROUGHT THE RUGS BACK.
