About us

Royal Construction Company does employ various sub-contractors for items such as electrical, plumbing and HVAC. These sub-contractors are licensed and insured, and have meet the high standards required by Royal Construction. Copies of all licenses and insurance binders are provided for each job. Billing arrangements are agreed upon in writing prior to the start of any project. Depending on the size and scope of your project a customized billing agreement will be prepared. Royal Construction will work with the lender of your choice to facilitate and expedite any financing you may require. Plans, specs, disbursement schedules can all be prepared as necessary.
