I was quoted approximately $4500.00 but have not as yet received a bill.

I am not the type to write reviews, but I really believe in giving credit where credit is due, so here's the short version...I am a female with little to no knowledge about failing septic systems. My house is old, and I love to spend time planting, gardening, and making the yard beautiful. I was very upset to find out that I needed a new septic system, called various contractors, and chose Ricci Drain-Laying Co. in Providence. They seemed to have the best price, and were very easy to deal with. Armando Ricci was so calm, (especially when I was not!) and so helpful. He is very knowledgeable, (he is also a professional engineer), explained everything to me in detail, and reassured me that the yard would be ok when they were finished. They had to dig up a good portion of my yard, (which I was really upset about), but when they were finished, they had everything back to looking great! I really couldn't believe what a great job they did. I was extremely pleased with the entire experience. Quality work, prompt service, and professional and courteous workers. All around a really top-notch company.
