I'd probably use them again.

Rebecca MAYER was the agent. she was incredible. Highly professional and
with much experience. we had two sales fall through on our home, and
two sales fall through in our attempts to purchase our new home, and
Rebecca was right there for us every step of the way.
We had a rapidly approaching deadline, and Rebecca got us in under the wire. Once
she saw a few homes with us, it seemed she knew what we would like,
which saved the little time we had to work with and allowed us to find
the perfect home for us. She promptly responded to all calls- even those
dialed in a panic- with a calm, reassuring presence that comes with
decades of experience.
Rebecca knew details from experience in virtually every home we were in. And
this might sound silly, but if she didn't know or understand something, she simply
asked. I have had experiences where the agents pretended to have/know
all the answers. She also noticed little details we would have missed, and some benefits
we would have missed. She never tried to push anything on us at any point.
We both and quot;likedand quot; Rebecca, but the word I would use to describe her is and quot;pro.and quot;
Without her calm, focused efforts, we literally would have been homeless. our house
had been sold, and the home we were to buy fell through. It was close, but she
somehow pulled it off.

Terrific. Barbara was attentive, knowledgeable and effective. We felt she always had our interest in mind - she even waived us off of a few homes. It took us several months and over a dozen homes to find the one for us. Barbara was an enthusiastic partner every step of the way. In the end we bought a house that was being listed by another Residential rep (this is RI after all). Despite this, Barbara represented our interests fully. We are quite happy with our home and the expert guidance that we received.
