Computer Repair
They were thorough and very good about answering questions. My only criticism is that the technician that did the work was rushing to make another appointment. As a result, I had to make some follow up calls to tie up loose ends. I feel that the technician should have rescheduled the appointment, rather than have to rush at the end, under pressure to get to the next appointment. The bulk of their work is business' but they will do home computer work if someone refers them. When you call the company, they have a help desk and many times, the owner of the company will pick up.
