Moses did a great job. I called yesterday and he showed up this morning first thing. I was worried about having to replace the whole unit, but he found the problem and fixed it in 30 min. We work with a warranty but he doesn't like them. So do I! I'm glad we called them. He made my day.

Moises did a great job. With the heat wave, I knew that there would be a lot of emergencies and a delay to get it fixed. Contacted them Wednesday and he came Friday (as promised). He went through the unit and found that a capacitor had blown. The unit was up and running in 15 minutes.
I contacted a person that had the same issue and he had just paid $350 to have the same problem dealt with.
We have had plumbing and A/C work done by Perez where I work and they have always been responsive and fair priced.
I will definitely use them in the future.
