There was a lot of difficulty in in getting the parts for the tag axle and the tie rod. Palmer Spring did a great job in locating and correcting the parts delivery errors. The work was excellent and the vehicle has never run so well. The only thing that could be improved was the communication that there were problems with procuring the parts. Also, that there was a significant increase from the original estimate to the final bill. The increase was warranted but, it would have been better if they had contacted me on the increase.
