Frank was suggested, by our realtor, as an excellent choice for an older home inspection. We are so glad that Frank was able to work us into his schedule, as we had limited time during house hunting visit to RI. The level of detail, and organization in the inspection report that Old House Home Inspectors provides is superb. Franks descriptions of recommendations versus critical issues that should be addressed are all VERY clear. This is NOT our first older home, and I now wish I could have had his eyes and experience on every one of them. We will be building out our planning and priorities, using Frank's report as our foundation. I cannot speak highly enough about Frank and his company !
