Native Structures

The project was executed to perfection and the finished product was amazing.  We will definitely work with Native Structures in the future.

The project went smoothly. Dave took our 1950's ranch bathrooms and renovated them, so they had a "beachy" feel. The planning process was sort of unexpected. Dave met with us a bunch of times before starting. He did drawings for us so we would know exactly where everything would go. He showed us samples of wainscoting, crown molding, cabinet doors, tile and paint that he would be using.  Once the project started Dave and his crew always showed up when they said they would, and kept the project limited to a large bedroom, that they cleared to do their work. We really like the way the wainscotting and the cap on top of it came out in one bathroom, and how he integrated the 1950's baseboard heat into the look and feel of the baths. When the bathrooms were completed we were happy with how they came out, and we would certainly use Dave and his guys again. The cabinets were made custom by his cabinet person, John. The vanity and bath fixtures were Grohe. He brought the tiles up from Best Tile and Daltile. He used local lumberyards on the Cape. His workers came from Rhode Island each day. The plumber was local to the Cape.

the kitchen was totally renovated from floor to ceiling and then some. Dave was excellent with communicating with us, providing suggestions, being attentive to our needs, working around our schedules. He and his crew were respectful of us and our property. We had a wall between our kitchen and living room that was removed to open up the space. We received new wood flooring, cabinets, counter tops, recessed ceiling lighting, pendant lights, farmer's sink, outlets, backsplash, paint to all walls and ceiling...and when the ceiling paint in the kitchen didn't quite match the ceiling paint in the living room, Dave repainted the living room ceiling. They installed all our new appliances including a garbage disposal. They even hooked up the water source to our new refridgerator so we could use the ice and water features. There were a few glitches that Dave and his team promptly addressed and corrected. Dave even had his electrician install wiring in the living room so our new TV could be hung over the fireplace (which he also did!). Overall, we are very pleased with our new kitchen!
