Mr. Cicchitelli came within a day for the estimate and sent the installers just a few days after that. They did a good job, thoughtful about the placement of each item and with minimal drilling for wiring. They left no mess. They explained the operation of the system well (at least, no trouble so far!) If I had it to do over, though, I might have chosen a wireless system that would not commandeer the phone line if there is a break-in. But I haven't done enough research to make a better decision, if in fact that would be better.

I like Mount Pleasant because I am charged a very minimal amount of money for very good services. They are reliable and dependable. I have been absolutely pleased with the services I have received from this company. I feel very positively about them in general.

THEY ARE A VERY WELL KNOWN COMPANY IN THIS AREA. THEY ARE VERY RESPONSIVE. THE MONTHLY FEE IS REASONABLE. I'VE USED THIS COMPANY FOR EIGHT YEARS. I'M HAPPY WITH THE SERVICES I RECEIVE.
