Owner Hugo Gomez is a true old school craftsman, he's incredibly knowledgeable, knows his work inside and out, hard working, and exceptional response/communication, including in-process pictures from up high on roof where some would never see... he is proud of his work and so am I and that's why we hired him a third time fir new project!!!

I was so pleased to find a responsive, professional craftsman! Hugo, the owner, is trustworthy and he and one of his crew did emergency repairs/replacement on the slate tiles on our three-story house in Providence.

He showed up promptly, and did the gutter work in the narrow window of time we had available. He was communicative about the estimate and the changes that were made based on hidden rot in the eaves. Excellent quality work.

He arrived on time with his son, which was great to see a family business at work. There's nothing better than a father and son team operating efficiently. Hugo diagnosed and identified the leak in my roof. He went forward and fixed the problem within minutes of recognizing the problem. He was a complete professional and finished the small repair job before I came out to check on the issue. I definitely recommend Hugo to anyone with a roof issue. He is punctual, honest, and kind. If I had another roof situation, I would definitely work with him again.
