I was very happy with the quality of the work Michael s men had done, but a little disturbed by his follow-up. One of the screen doors glass shattered, when we opened it and when I called him to come out and replace the faulty door, he said he would, but never came. We finally gave up and had someone else do it. My husband and I felt, that this should have been covered, but upon further reflection of the situation, it wouldn't deter us from using him again. The fact that his men did such and excellent job on our basement, really stands out in our decision on using him again.
