Great experience. The project specs changed multiple times along the way and he way very flexible and offered some great advice. Can't wait to get him back for phase II.

He's fair

He and his crew worked in heavy rain. Mr. Marks checked on his crew daily. He was a joy to deal with and had old world values with his work ethic. We have referred him to others and will use him on remaining projects.

The were very accommodating for coming out a few times to survey the property and gave excellent recommendations. When there was an issue with getting the materials in the time-frame that we required, he came out in advance to get the prep work done to minimize the time of the job.

The crew was efficient and they did s great job of cleaning up after themselves. It was an unusual fence project and I am very satisfied with the end results.

IF YOU NEED YOUR PROJECT DONE QUICKLY DON"T HIRE THIS CONTRACTOR! IF IT IS SOMETHING THAT IS NOT IN A RUSH HE"S A VERY GOOD CONTRACTOR. DOES NOT DO FULL DAY OR WEEKS.

Markos and his staff installed a six-foot vinyl privacy fence across the back of our property and half-way down one side. I can't say enough about the quality of the work and how accommodating and pleasant his staff was to work with. This was not an easy project and they were working in extremely hot weather. They will be returning this week to demolish an existing wood shed, put in a new pad and install a new shed. I have every confidence confidence Markos and his crew will do this work in the same exemplary manner. Great company and great people to work with. I highly recommend Markos Excavating for your next project.

Frank and his crew were great. Scheduled for quote and quickly scheduled to have work completed. Very efficient and cleaned up after everydays work. We love our fence.

I initially was going to install a wood fence,but went with a vinyl . it was the best choice I made. The communication was excellent. The installers were professional and took their time. i love my fence. I will be calling them back again.

Excellent communication. Called me 2 minutes after I inquired on Home Advisor . High quality workmanship of the fence and the gate . The fence installers took their time and did it exactly how I wanted. I will have him back in the spring to do other work.

Markos was good to work with, would like to have more communication about issue encounter while putting the up fence but he did handle the issues well. The placement of fence posts near my neighbors fence posts could have been closer but due to concrete for the neighbors post the newly installed post had to be adjusted. Nothing major just a inch more then originally envisioned..

It was difficult to schedule the work. Several times the contractor postponed at the last minute. But once he got here, he completed the job in a professional manner. Good, quality work at a fair price
