I had my initial cleaning (5 hrs)about 6 months ago and although a little expensive it s understandable as they then got my condo "up to speed" and maintainable for ongoing service. We settled on every 3 weeks and the cost is well worth it. It's just my husband and myself and we both work full time so now our week-ends are freed up and we can concentrate on things like cooking and shopping...and having a little fun. I absolutely recommend Barry O'Toole and his well qualified team. He make every effort to sent the same representative who is familiar with my home so she can concentrate on different areas each time. Once there was a slight computer glitch where I was expecting 3 hours and she only stayed 2; there was no issue in being issued a credit. Maid Pro is a top notch cleaning service.

Owner Linda was wonderful. She came back the next day and took care of a few things the work crew missed, and made sure I was satisfied. Overall very good-- Yes, I would certainly recommend this company and use their services again.

I like the fact that if I asked them to do something, they did it. They came on time and they left in a reasonable amount of time. They didn't touch anything that I didn't want them to. They only thing that I thought was odd was that they didn't clean the headboard. I'm sure they would have if I would have asked before they left. Other than that, everything was fine. They really did a good job.
