dock building
+ -1 moreLag bolts were missing joist. Didn’t put 4x4 post inside frame for stronger support. Missed screws in joist for decking. Didn’t window frame deck to lock in all the post for a stronger platform. This is only some of the mistakes and highly would not recommend him to build anything.
