Ken has been my go to guy for all of my HVAC needs for years. I have had other companies service my system and had many problems. I was so happy when I found him. He responds immediately, provides excellent professional, affordable service. He has repaired problems I have had from previous service providers, replaced my hot water heater and serviced all of my equipment.

He is very honest. If you have a problem he does come right away. However, if it is not an emergency situation he is a bit lax. When he is scheduled to come is he on time.
