Arrived in the time allotted, provided efficient service, service men were very polite and courteous. Extremely pleased with the whole experience and will definitely use them again.

So far so good. The furnace is old, but seems to be running well. All encounters I've had with people from Johnny's has been positive and even the woman who stated she would get back to me about the service contract was friendly, but obviously I would have liked an answer. I ended up going with someone else after that. I'll chock it up as a mistake, but I wonder how things would go if I needed emergency service. I'll still check in for oil though.

I HAVE HAD THEM COME OVER BEFORE TO REPAIR MY FURNACE. THEY DO A REALLY GOOD JOB KEEPING MY HEATING UNIT RUNNING WITH ITS FULL POTENTIAL. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO EVERYONE.
