He's very very bad. They gave me a unit that they had had for several years. They couldn't warranty it because they couldn't stand behind cause it was too old. They finally found somebody to use it on and that was me.  They sent someone over that was completely incompetent. It was just a mess. I usually don't fall for something like that but this time I did. They sent over a complete idiot. He didn't seem to know what he was doing. You asked him questions and he couldn't answer you. He had trouble communicating. The issue I had was that the experience was terrible. This was actually an air conditioning unit that had been around the shop for 10 years and they gave it to me. For one thing it was small and they said it was for a condo and it was high efficiency and that's why it was small. I called them repeatedly but they never responded. This was a $4000 job and I never got a warranty and now every time I turn it on it makes a loud grinding sound. It's just a terrible mess. They are moderate on their cost which is one reason I got them. Initially, I had been without air conditioning for about a month and they responded quickly. They were horrible. He also messed up the condenser because now we have buckets of water in the basement and nobody can do anything about it because he messed it all up. He had no idea what he was doing. 

Not only was it a used compressor but he messed up the unit downstairs. When we started having problems they would not respond. If I had no air conditioning I would not call them again.

They did a very nice job. It was done very neatly.

Initially I was very satisfied and recommended them to several friends. My problem was a year and a half later the humidifier did not seem to be working. The service man they sent said it was a very old pump and needed to be replaced. My bigest disappointment was being charged for two service calls. I thought I was a valued customer and $341.17 seemed excessive for a job that should have been done right the first time (last year) with new parts.

They were very good. It did not take them long, as they worked very efficiently. I was surprised at how quickly they worked, and they cleaned up after themselves well.
