It is not everyday you walk in your kitchen and your excited to be there! I mean there s a lot to get done in there...between cooking, cleaning and eating. I can not speak on the amount of compliments we received from family and friends from our kitchen remodel. I wanted a company that could truly exceed my expectations and bring my vision to life. I thought I was asking for a bit too much during the estimate but Jeff reinsured me no question was dumb or a bit too much to ask. Jeff was very responsive, knowledgeable, pleasant and extremely patient. I am already in the process of having the team come out to complete 2 of our 3 bathrooms, basement, and sunroom!!! You know you are truly satisfied with the outcome when you request for the company to bring their yard signs so you can display their work for the neighborhood.

My wife Heather and I got 4-5 bids for our kitchen. We noticed some contractors provided us estimated with outrageous prices and some were outrageously low. What really helped Heather and I decide between each company was Jeff s knowledge when he came out to quote the project. Jeff asked questions and brought to our attention things that other contractors missed! I was overly impressed with his honesty especially with entrusting our kitchen in the hands of JCS.

From the beginning thru end, Jeff and his crew made the process very pleasant. There are going to be challenges in any complicated project, and we certainly ran into them in my 1973 home. Walls and ceiling that don t exactly lineup anymore. Surprises discovered in demolition. Original design that was not thought thru in 1973. Jcs Work through all these issues to reach a workable solution for me. Cost wise, to sum it up, they charge a very reasonable price. They do things the right way. They handled extra issues while here, the plus referring to remodeling the den, plus all the issues that were on my punchlist around the house. Jeff took care Of all issues. He did not consider the job finished until every last issue was off the punchless. I believe his goal is to never end a job without leaving a customer completely happy. In my case, everything in the kitchen and dining room from head to toe was replaced. Many extras were done including adding a walkout door. This was a very large job.
