Andre has got to be New England's best kept secret; there isn't anyone in any field we would more highly recommend. He is a treasure and we are beyond lucky to have found him because we believed there simply aren't people like him around anymore. First of all, he is a true craftsman: his carpentry and woodwork are skillful and impeccable. Unlike any other contractor we've encountered, he is genuinely passionate about and committed to his trade: he does amazing, meticulous work. From the first conversation, he carefully listens and gives professional advice, providing options along the way and making sure we're happy at every step. He takes his time to do the best possible job, but is beyond fair in terms of price: in fact, he has always gone under budget! He suggests quality but reasonably priced materials. We have asked him about projects he could easily do, and instead of taking the job, he suggests people he knows who do good work and whose price he couldn't beat. He is totally honest, fair and trust-worthy--three rare qualities, especially in this line of work. He is stellar!
