My home got some ant problems. Called and was told that they will call me back to schedule. a week later. We have not got any calls from them yet. So we had to find solution on our own and try to solve the issue. The termite service was schedule quarterly as well. However, we never receive a call or paperwork regarding the service(s). After 1 year on the plan, it raises our concern. So we called the office and asked if the service is performed. Answer was the tech will call us back and refuse to confirm if the service has been performed. Now I wish I had camera so I could verify if they did stop by to do the service or we just paid the service(s) which were never performed.

Failed to eliminate them. In fact the situation seemed to get worse. My tenant moved out mid term because of the mice. I don't blame her!

The provider was on time very professional and didn't cut corners.  He new a lot about homes and educated me along the way.  He was also very friendly and did not rush.  The house was 5500 square feet and it included a septic system,

They were excellent in pest control - very safe and reliable service, with a reasonable monthly contract for continued
protection. The service rep. Marie, couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating about scheduling her regular visits. She was pleasant courteous and trustworthy. I can understand why she has clients she has been working with for over 20 years. 
I also used the carpet cleaning service, which was also wonderful. They basically brought my rug back to life - I was ready to get rid of it, but it looked too good when they were done. Again, reasonable prices and they hire trustworthy people to some to the home.

Never have a proven with service.

Paul Brunetti was great. He was very thorough, engaging, and personable. Paul did a great job explaining everything to us, and he took the time to answer all our questions. I think he went above and beyond what's probably typical of most home inspections (based on discussion with realtors). A little pricey compared to competitors, but totally worth it to have the peace of mind knowing that it was done right.

I recently signed a Pand S to purchase a new home and called a few companies to get quotes and time-frames for a home inspection. The time crunch is pretty tight as the inspection and all results are required within 10 days of complete execution of the Pand S. I called Griggs and Browne after a few other quotes and they provided the best pricing as well as the best date they could perform the inspections. Also, they would do all the inspections (house, septic, well) all at the same time.
When I arrived at 11:30AM which was the time for the inspection, they were already there and busy at work. Steve walked me through every part of the structural aspects of the home and explained everything clearly. The whole team, including Joe who inspected the well, were top-notch and totally professional. As I'm purchasing this home as a single woman, at no time did they talk down to me.
The end reports were clear and concise and allowed me to determine the items to worry about and the ones not to worry so much over. I would definitely use Griggs and Browne again in the future. They made a very stressful aspect of the home-buying experience so much easier!!

They've been around for many years and I've had them for over 10 years. They're very nice and they come out anytime I have a problem with an inspection or anything. I've had them out for rodents and whatnot, so they're always on top of things. They're very good. They only went up a dollar in the 10 years I've been using them. They used to be $33 and they just went up $1 last year. We've had pretty good luck using them because we had an ant infestation in my house and they took care of it for me. They've been spraying my house ever since and I haven't had any problems. We've had the same guy come out to our house for a couple of years and I like him. Even the people before him were very nice and they would do anything you ask them to do. I don't get a lot of insects or bees or anything around my house, so I'm happy. He's come out several times to remove bees' nests for me. He did very well and we haven't had any problems with bees. We're very pleased with him and there are no complaints with him at all.

They were able to accomodate me on very short notice and Michael Greene showed up several minutes early and got down to business right away, inspecting my prospective new home from top to bottom ( actually from bottom to top ) and everything in between. Mike was very thorough and professional and patient with all my questions. Griggs and Browne has been around for a long time and there's a reason for that. I would use them again without hesitation.

They are pretty much like any other pest control companies. They almost follow anything I say and are very responsive. They are punctual and professional.

Their service is fine. I do have an issue with them. I've been paying for carpenter ant service for several years now and I didn't know I was supposed to call them to come. I'm supposed to call them to make an appointment for them to come and spray. I've been paying without getting any service. It seems to me that I should've been informed that it was my responsibility to call once a year to make an appointment. I've been paying the service fee, and I thought they would just come automatically. I don't think it's their fault, I think it's our mutual fault. They come on their own schedule, so I have no complaints.

I like that they got rid of my termites. The price seemed expensive, but when I compared to others, it seemed reasonable.

I am satisfied with them. They do a good job and come on time. I have no complaints.
