Description of Work: Sophia was prompt, honest and efficient. As it turns out after working for an hour on the tuning of my piano, it seems the internal felts kept popping off the keys. She was honest that the piano was in need of major restoration. We discussed a few options including the worth of the piano and it may not be worth restoring though it can be done. I gave her a B for quality since the piano wasn't tuned I don't know what the quality of the tuning would have been. I gave her an A for overall, after much thought, because she deserved an A for effort. |The result is that the piano couldn't be tuned. I appreciate Sophia's honesty and efforts.

Description of Work: Sophia was very knowledgeable and professional. She clearly went "above and beyond" the call of duty on this job. We recently received a very old piano and I was thinking it just needed a tuning. Turns out it needed a complete cleaning (including remove debris left by some mice). She took most of the piano apart, cleaned it, then tuned it. She spent nearly 3 hours and her rate was reasonable for all that work.
