It was amazingly smooth. I spoke to Don who came by and looked at the roof and gave us an estimate. He was wonderful -- so responsive and helpful. I knew where I was with them at all times. The guys who came and did the work were polite and quiet and cleaned up so well you'd never believe the mess that was there during the day. I was so impressed and just now recommended them to my neighbor so I wanted to share this with Angie's list too.
