MR FREDDY MONJE CAME TO MY HOME/OFFICE ON THE DAY AND TIME WE SET UP. FREDDY QUOTED ME A FAIR PRICE AND TOLD ME HE COULD ONLY DO HIS SERVICE ON WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS AS HE WORKS FULL TIME DURING THE WEEK. FRED STARTED WOOK BY COMPLETLY SANDING AND SCRAPING ALL WOOD SERVICES, THIS IMPRESSED ME TO NO END, I HAD OTHER PAINTERS BEFORE WHO NEVER PREPARED THE SURFACES , THEY JUST PAINTED OVER THE OLD PAINT AND OF COURSE THE JOB ONLY LASTED ONE TO 2 YEARS. FREDS  WORKMANSHIP WAS BEYOND ANYTHING I EXPECTED, HE SPENT TWO TO THREE DAYS JUST ON SURFACE PREPERATION. FRED USED A HIGH QUALITY  PAINT OF OUR COLOR AND CHOICE.
      I COULD NOT BE MORE SATISFIED AND WOULD CALL FRED FOR ALL FUTURE PAINTING INTERIOR/EXTERIOR
