I like them very much. It took them three hours. The workers were very friendly and professional.

If you want good work at a fair price, this is the place. As someone that went to a community college for auto mechanic training decades ago, I know how hard it is to be an independent shop that has the training and documentation needed to do competent work across many makes and models of cars, and these guys do. I've been doing business with this company for many years and finally had to move away to western Massachusetts. I've driven back to Providence a couple of times since as I just don't build up trust in other vendors that quickly.

All work appears to be done quite well (they are aaa approved - so all work is guaranteed for a year). Believe everyone thinks car repair work is expensive - but the actual cost of work done on my car was below their estimate - certainly a positive.
I've made an appointment each time to bring my car in, and each time they have it ready by the end of the day. Certainly would return when needed and would highly recommend.

They're excellent and a AAA-approved company. They're highly successful and highly reputable. The personnel are very knowledgeable and genuine people. The head of the department was at another franchise but has been great.

Service was professional and they got me in the next morning after being towed their the evening before. They called me with a quote up front, and I thought it was reasonable. The service manager was friendly and straightforward. It's a simple setup, nothing fancy - basically a garage attached to a Shell gas station. I had no problems with the work - the brake job was done well as far as I could tell.

Showed no interest in doing a state vehicle inspection or scheduling an appointment for one, so I went elsewhere.

One of the smaller items that was repaired was a new wiper blade on the driver's side. During my drive to the mountains that afternoon, it began to rain HARD. Within minutes, the new blade flew off of the wiper arm, rendering me blind to the road and leaving an arched scratch in my windshield where the metal arm of the wiper had traveled. I will never go there again, but if you have money to throw away, you may enjoy the quick and clean service.

Excellent. CRV is working great several months later. I've been back multiple times for oil changes and once to service our other vehicle. Little hard to get in sometimes, be prepared for a little wait on occasion.

I am really impressed with the shop. They are polite, professional, and do extremely good work. They took the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly answered my questions. My only minor complaint is the discrepancy between my quoted price and the final price that I paid, as my car is old I was not surprised to hear that additional parts were needed. I was told the parts and labor would add $50-80 to the original quote (of $450). However, the final bill was $160+ from the original quote. David walked me through the bill and explained the miscellaneous charges (inspection charges, shop fluids and supplies, tax, and disposal fees) on the itemized bill. Do I feel ripped-off? Absolutely no, not at all! For the work that was done, the final price was a good deal. Simply stated, I would have liked less of a discrepancy between the two figures. All in all this is a great shop that will have my repeat business; I will also be suggesting the shop to my friends.
