Excellent,they have a nice communication and they are very neat. They listen to what I needed and fix other companies fault. Frank is very helpful and it was an excellent customer service. The price was very reasonable because he is a good guy.

I used Eastern Security at our old house and we were always very satisfied so when we moved, I contacted Frank at Eastern Security for an estimate. Their installers did a very good job - they were neat, pleasant, and professional. They helped us understand how to use the system because it was considerably different from our old one.
We have had a couple of hiccups - one with a bad sensor and one with the system losing contact to the central station but Eastern Security promptly resolved the issues with a smile.
It is wonderful dealing with a local company that is not too big to remember their customers and be grateful for them while also providing great service at a more than competitive price.
I have no reservations using Eastern Security and recommend them.

We purchased our house in July 2010. The location is suburban with woods behind the house. I had security issues about the back side of the house. About how convenient it would be for someone to enter our house through the basement windows or door. Or perhaps somehow jimmying open the slider on the deck. Also my attached garage was a concern. These points of entry made our house vulnerable. The overall experience went flawlessly and we now feel very secure whether we're with-in the house or away. A very welcome relief!
