Do not hire this company. We rented a home from Rani and her team 7/2016. Rani is lazy, unprofessional and rude. She is always late or canceling her appointments and if she does show up she is dressed poorly and looks like she Justin crawled out of bed. We had to move out of the home she rented is due to mold after 30 days!! The air vents and inside of walls were infested with mold causing my family to instantly become sick and ruining all our belongings with mold spores. When we told Rani she accused us of being dirty and told me I was a liar. She would not return my deposit and she was again unprofessional having an argument with me about the property. She is a slum lord!!!! Do not work with or or rent from her company. You will be disappointed. Working with Divine investments was the worse investment I have ever made.

Divine Property, Inc has been handling the property management for a condo. Rani was very professional on the phone when I first approached her. The packages offered were appropriate for the level of service that I needed. I already had a tenant in my condo and Rani was proactive about meeting with the tenant and creating a smooth transition for everybody. | |At the time, Divine Investments, Inc. took over the property management, an outstanding maintenance issue was photographed and Rani discussed options for having it addressed. I get a monthly statement and she periodically has updated me on issues involved in the local community since I am now living out of state. I have yet to have a serious maintenance issue in the condo or an emergency so I can't speak to response time in an emergency but I have been quite satisfied with her day to day management of the property.
