We are toying with the idea of switching our services or dropping it all together. They are getting expensive. They brought it to us. I signed up online, handled everything online and the service man came out with all the equipment and installed it all. The outages tend to be weather related and it is more like a pause in-stream rather than an outage. It is less certain than some other services but it is higher resolution than ha what we were getting from another company. Direct TV was better than another company. Issues are the price and the not infrequent pauses. I actually complained to them recently about it so there might be something that needs to be adjusted on my receiver. When I have called them on the phone they have been very responsive with their service.
