I have an exterior door put in and framed it was quoted how to price when it was all done it's a few dollars more but it was worth it did y'all came out really good I would definitely recommend good job

Fantastic, Wes is great craftsman, punctual, great attention to detail. Was approachable, answered all questions. Super psyched about our new deck. Have a few more projects coming up Wes will be my first call!

Wesley, the owner and builder, was amazing! He got the work done 3 weeks early, very honest and attentive...very clean...he came by on a Sunday, his day off, to finish up the lights on the deck...would highly recommend and will be calling him again to do other projects around our home.

Used masking tape instead of painters tape on walls which required touch up. Ceilings are still peeling in spots, countertops installed poorly and dishwasher doesn't work. Tiles installed poorly, uneven and looks patchwork in sections. Used white silicone for gaps which look even worse. Rush job. Didn't remove all demos materials as promised. Shoddy work. Had to employ plumber to fix pipes under sink which were improperly installed. Paint drips everywhere, even on new windows and appliances. Do Not Hire.

Everything went great, Wes was very professional and he did a great job! We love it and have gotten lots of compliments. We enjoy sitting on the porch on summer days and nights. Wes also built a shed for us, it's just what my husband wanted, it's great!

Needed to satisfy a violation. Gave specific requirements but Wes argued that I didn't need that. Andvput up what he wanted a 36 inch high railing. Failed inspection. Said he could only raise it, explained that would leave a 6 in gap at bottom a won't work he did it anyway. Telling me he would be back with something to cover bottom by the end of that week. No contact, sent email asking when he would be back. The owner his wife didn't know anything about it. Said they're on vacation and she would ask him about it. Weeks later no contact, my calls sent to voice mail. Had to buy proper size myself and get installed. Plan to take them to court to get $800 back.

Very responsive, quick turnaround on my springtime deck job. Needed some boards replaced and deck painted. Very professional and easy to work with. Always communicated well when scheduling the job. Final product was perfectly painted, looks like new!

Wesley always showed up when he said he would to provide quotes. His crews worked efficiently and they always cleaned up very thoroughly. While he was offsite, he communicated very well through texts and calls to provide updates as they were needed. He even went so far as to check on my roof while it was raining on a weekend. Finally, one of the stray shingles caught a screen on one of the windows and sure enough he repaired it and dropped it off personally. I'd hire Cruzz again in the future and can't recommend them enough.

Skylight install went well but the finished work ( plaster sanding was not done after agreed upon ), The newly installed window in the kitchen has damaged drywall during install. I understand that is normal, but it was, again,agreed upon to be repaired. A date was arranged but understandably had to be " put off " because of family issue. I made an attempt to re-connect and have the job completed as agreed but no return call/text after attempt. Normally, I would be more understanding BUT the house is rented and coordinating job completion with tenant is challenging. This is not a personal review rather its strictly business. Would I hire again? Yes, but I would 100% inspect the " completed job" before I paid in full again. My error.

Wesley and assistant arrived early, worked efficiently and cleaned up all debris. Very professional.

They did a great job. Showed up on time. They clean up after they were finished. They are very good at what they do.

The finish work quality/outcome was horrible. Look at the pictures and decide for yourself. He was in a rush to get to another project and hired unskilled subcontractors to perform finish work. I have since had to pay another contractor $5,000 to repair his work and spend another $1,000 in materials. It is important to note that other than initial contact online, all of my interaction was with Wesley. I was clear on what i wanted, documenting and sending a list of all materials to be used and images of what we wanted to the company before we engaged a contract. I not only ended up having to purchase some materials myself but I paid 10% more than the original contract price. This is after loosing $1,600 in material costs for some doors we removed. In the end what was delivered was only remotely similar to what we wanted. I will say that Wesley was very neat and a hard worker. The project did start out ok but there were communication issues from the start and quality issues showed up later. I had him redo his work more than once because it was not done as per contract. On that last day his temper and outbursts and physical demeanor frightened my girlfriend to the point where I just paid him to leave . The next day two other contractors and a retired building inspector confirmed that about 50% of his work needs to be redone. It was also pointed out that some of his work does not meet code. I asked the company for a partial refund. In the end Wesley claimed nothing he promised was legal because he was not the owner. I attempted to work with the owner but it was Wesley that responded with verbal abuse and threats of violence. I blocked his number , called police and filled a claim with RI Licensing Board.

He was on time, we had few discussions that make me nervous in the beginning BUT we finally concluded and understood each other. He brought in his guys and they did a fantastic job to my kitchen cabinets, they turned inside out brand new. I will hire him again.

Everything went great. They were on time, did an excellent job, and finished very quickly. I would hire them again in a second.

Wesley gave us an estimate. He came within a week and arrived on time. All work completed and excellent job. Will definitely call for future projects.

Well organized and professional. Wesley reviewed all the small details with me and completed the work under budget and in less time. The installation looks perfect and everything was completely cleaned after the work was done.
