COMPLETE CLEANING SYSTEMS

Jessica was my telephone contact. She was very pleasant and courteous. While she gave a lot of information about what the company would do, she was unable to explain why their yellow pages ad read "free color video inspection" even though this service cost, in fact, $59.00. If you pay the full price to have the duct(s) cleaned, there is no additional charge for the video inspection, but that isn't what their ad says. I wanted to have a video inspection before deciding on whether to go ahead with the cleaning, and was willing to pay their full price for this, the deceptive advertising notwithstanding. Jessica said that they would be able to come out in the afternoon, two days following the day I spoke with her. They had my address and phone number, and I waited for them all afternoon, but they never showed up, and she never called, as she had said she would (it's been a week since we spoke).
