If you have a problem and you try to reach them for service any time of the day or night for cable or problems with the internet, they're always there and helpful.

Comcast is the fastest internet we can get, but having trouble since a new modem was installed with my iPad not being able to connect. Higher speed (25-50) helped but didn't take care of the problem.
