Excellent experience from start to finish. I had bought the rug several years ago, having paid more than usual, and had almost decided to give up on it because of how dirty and stained it had gotten. We have small grandchildren and they have dogs. We watch TV in that room so the rug had food, wine and just plain dirt from our coming in and out. Coastal did a remarkable job making it look pristine again. They picked up and delivered the rug when promised and took great care to put it back properly which involved moving very heavy furniture. They charged exactly what the estimate stated. Peter, who delivered it, was very pleasant and professional.

Great job on the carpets, fairly priced. The upholstered items came out OK but were expensive to have the job done. The service provider was very polite and competent.

I was very late in asking for service, I emailed Peter on Friday the 21st approx 4pm inquiring on availability and service quote for the next day. I received an immediate response via email and detailed information, also follow up emails on several questions and had confirmed an appointment for 9am the next morning. Peter and another crew member showed up promptly at 9am the next morning for a walk around and provided a very reasonable quote and performed the entire job by 11:30am. Not only was the job quickly done - but my carpets came out much better than I had anticipated. Very pleasant and very professional. Will use Coastal again and would recommend highly. Was very nice doing business with a local company.

He cleans carpet and upholstery. He is prompt, professional and courteous. He sends a newsletter every month. He is just a wonderful guy. His price is reasonable. He had to get his equipment out again after my cat hauled in a dead mouse. He offers coupons. He is very accommodating to my schedule.

I NOTICED A FEW SMALL THINGS THAT COULD HAVE BEEN DONE BETTER, BUT THE OVERALL JOB THAT THEY DID WAS GREAT. I HAVE PROBLEMS DOING SOME TASKS, SO I USE THIS COMPANY ABOUT TWICE A YEAR TO COME AND DO A THOROUGH CLEANING.
