Olga is phenomenal. Citizens has been a pleasure to do business with. Olga went out of her way to help us and make things as easy and complication-free as possible. She took the time to make sure we understood everything and she answered any questions we obtained throughout the process of our settlement. I care not to elaborate on the prices we paid but I will say that they were extremely reasonable and I would use Olga and Citizens all over again in a second.
Description of Work: Citizen's loan officer, Olga Fina, handled the mortgage on a rental property of ours. She put a rush on the closing so that it took only fifteen days.
