THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE SEEN IN THIS TOWN IN OVER 20 YEARS! ALL STAFF MEMBERS ARE FRIENDLY, POLITE, CONSIDERATE AND RESPONSIVE. THEY GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO BE HELPFUL. I NOW HAVE THREE DIFFERENT CHECKING ACCOUNTS HERE (BUSINESS AND PERSONAL) AND CAN'T SAY ENOUGH ABOUT THE QUALITY OF SERVICE.

JOHN AND HIS TEAM WENT ''ABOVE AND BEYOND'' THE CALL OF DUTY TO ROLL MY COINS SO THEY COULD BE DEPOSITED INTO MY ACCOUNT. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY AS THEY WORKED, AND THEY DID IT WITH SMILES ON THEIR FACES AND WITHOUT COMPLAINING. THEY PROVIDED EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND I DEFINITELY WILL NOT FORGET IT. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEIR BANK TO ANYONE! WHEN THEY SAY THEY ARE ''NOT YOUR TYPICAL BANK,'' THEY CERTAINLY MEAN IT!
