They service all types of equipment and are located in Providence. What I thought was remarkable about them on two occasions -- one last summer in July. We had a very serious heat wave and my old air conditioning equipment was breaking down. I called around to different places and they all said they were busy right then and would get around to it next week. When I called Atomic they said they would be out in two hours and then supplied me with the ideal equipment I needed with no special charge or anything. I had a similar experience in the spring when a refrigerator all of a sudden conked out and I needed a replacement. I needed a refrigerator and I needed it in a hurry, otherwise I was going to have food spoilage. He replaced it immediately. He makes a very good impression of appliance service. It is very important to the customer. It is a tough job to fit a big refrigerator into a small space, but they worked at it and did the job. And they did it right away, that's the main thing. He did not say they would get around to me when they could.

It was perfect.  The installer came on time and she was clearly highly proficient at her job and very neat.  She has worked as an independent contractor installing for Joel and other local appliance dealers for years, and she affirmed my positive impression of Atomic Appliance.  I would definitely buy from them again.

We needed to have a refrigerator replaced in one of our apartments. I called the week before I actually wanted to have it delivered to the apartment. The day before Joel called me to let me know they were still on schedule to make the delivery. I called Joel the morning of and gave him the tenant's name and phone number, Joel made all further arrangements with out tenant.

Later that evening we got an e-mail from our tenant saying that she'd gotten the new fridge and was very very happy with the fridge!

They have good products and the best prices.

The dealer was able to sell me the make and model I had requested. The price was very competitive. Delivery was done quickly and at a very reasonable price. He even took away the old washing machine at no extra cost. Very courteous, diligent and friendly.

These guys were fantastic. I'm in the process of moving back to Rhode Island, and only had three days to do multiple things in the new house to prep it for when I went back. I went to Atomic on Monday, picked out my fridge, and they delivered it the next morning exactly when they said they would. Carting the new one in and removing the old one involved dodging quite a few structural oddities, but they did it fast, well, and without a single complaint. Very efficient, professional. I must have looked quite pitiful or something, because they didn't even charge me for the delivery/installation/removal, only for the fridge.

The owner was very helpful in helping us to select a fridge, and was able to get one for us rather quickly. He was also able to deliver the fridge to us at the time that was most convenient for us.
