Very polite and responsive workers. Thorough job done. Found lots of problem areas which had escaped us.

Matt showed up for the initial inspection on time and conducted an indoor and outdoor inspection. Once we received the estimate, we asked him to schedule the work. He finished the foundation work first and set snap traps inside to catch any mice trapped inside the house. He came back a few days later to finish the roof work and remove the traps with mice. He set up new traps to replace the used ones and came back a few days later to check on those. Matt always arrived when expected and finished his work in a timely matter. He is very good at communicating. We immediately noticed that his work was successful with no signs of mice anymore. We are very satisfied and highly recommend Bat Guys.

Heard what I first thought was birds in the fireplace sitting on the damper. Also heard what sounded like someone walking on the roof at bedtime. I knew that some birds can fly vertically up and out of the chimney so I was trying to wait them out. Figuring there was some critter maybe in the attic also, I searched the Internet for someone who would deal with both of these problems. The BatGuys came, took one sniff in the fireplace and said we had raccoons. They came back the next morning with a trap, placed it on top of the chimney and came in the house. He gave a swoosh with a brush-like pole up the side of the damper and caclunk! In the cage was the mother raccoon. Not very happy, she was violently rocking the trap back and forth. Back in the house, he carefully opened the damper and four 6-week-old baby raccoons fell into his box. They were very cute (I guess) for wildlife. I had no choice but to have these critters removed and the BatGuys definitely knew what they were doing. Once securely in the truck, caps on the chimney were installed so I don't have to worry about this problem again.

They put traps up outside the hole the squirrels were getting in. They caught 2 or 3 squirrels. Said they release them in a park somewhere far, far away. After all squirrels were caught, the BatGuys put wire mesh over all holes that the squirrels could get in. Squirrels have not returned. Note: I don't remember the exact amount we paid for the job.
