We've been using them for 2 years now and they did a good job. They come in and tell us don't let your our pets out. They do their job and they go away. The job only takes like about 15 to 20 minutes to get it done. The price they charge is pretty reasonable for spraying our entire yard. I've never had any problems with them.

Aspen Environmental are great. They call and let you know when they're coming. When they come here, you have to keep the doors and windows closed for about 20 minutes, until it dries. So they were good that way, arriving on time and getting the treatment done. I think they're a little overpriced and I'm not sure how effective the treatments are.

Aspen (1 person) showed up as promised, sprayed about 80-90% of the 0.5 acre property. The procedure lasted a few minutes. They charged $160 per treatment. Given the fact that according to the literature dormant oils only work for control of certain, slow, soft bodied insects (and not for ticks as was told by the Aspenn representative), and given the fact that those petroleum-based oils are quite cheap, I consider the price for this treatment too high.
